Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing Sword Financial LLC. We strive to provide you with the highest quality financial resources and merchandise. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Conditions & Exceptions (Services vs. Physical Goods)
Because Sword Financial LLC offers a hybrid of professional services and physical products, our refund eligibility depends on the type of item purchased:
Financial Services & Digital Products: All financial consultations, advisory sessions, and digital downloads (e.g., e-books, PDF guides) are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE once the service has been booked/rendered or the digital file has been accessed/downloaded.
Physical Merchandise: Physical products (e.g., printed planners, books, or hardware) are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms below.
2. Eligibility for Returns (Physical Products Only)
To be eligible for a return, your physical item must meet the following criteria:
The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number) is required.
3. Return Process
If your physical item meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps to initiate a return:
Contact Us: Email our support team at jeongsangwook505@gmail.com with your Order Number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If the item is defective or damaged, please attach clear photos.
Receive Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address. (Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to our office address without prior authorization).
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided return address. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: For general returns (e.g., change of mind, ordered the wrong item), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Company Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), Sword Financial LLC will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at jeongsangwook505@gmail.com.
6. Exchanges
We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please send us an email at jeongsangwook505@gmail.com with your Order Number and photos of the damage.
7. EU Right of Withdrawal (For European Customers)
In compliance with consumer protection laws in the European Union, customers residing in the EU have the right to cancel and return their physical order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without justification. This does not apply to personalized items, digital downloads, or completed advisory services.
