Shipping Policy
Sword Financial LLC (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Company") is pleased to offer physical goods and educational resources to complement our financial services. Please note that this shipping policy applies only to physical products (e.g., printed guides, books, or hardware). Financial advice, advisory services, and digital downloads are provided electronically and are not subject to this policy.
1. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we only ship physical goods to the following 16 European countries:
Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.
Taxes and VAT: All product prices displayed on our website include applicable VAT. Customers do not need to pay additional VAT at checkout.
2. Processing Time
Order processing time: 3-5 business days.
This time refers to the time between order confirmation/payment and delivery of your goods to the carrier. Our shipping warehouse operates Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day and may experience slight delays.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated Delivery Time: 5-8 business days.
Estimated Total Delivery Time: Processing Time (3-5 days) + Delivery Time (5-8 days) = 8-13 business days.
Note: Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country and current logistical conditions.
4. Shipping Costs
All orders shipped to 16 supported countries are eligible for free shipping. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

We typically ship through reliable international carriers, including:

UPS
The choice of carrier depends on the destination and current logistical conditions to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
6. Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number after your order is shipped.
Please note that tracking information may take 48-72 hours to update in the carrier's system.
During peak seasons or holidays, tracking information may be slightly delayed.

7. Delivery Delays
We are committed to timely delivery, but delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
Severe weather or natural disasters
Carrier disruptions or excessive cargo volume
Labor shortages or supply chain constraints
Customs clearance delays
If your order is delayed significantly beyond the estimated time, please contact us, and we will coordinate with the carrier on your behalf.
8. Order Cancellation and Changes
Before Shipment: Order cancellation, address modification, and product changes are free as long as the order has not been processed and shipped.
After Shipment: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or intercepted.
Rejected Packages: If a package is refused upon delivery and returned to our warehouse, we will treat it as a return. A refund will be issued to the original payment method, deducting the company's actual shipping and return processing fees. Please carefully verify your shipping address before placing your order.
9. Customs and Duties
Since our company headquarters is located in the United States, goods shipped to Europe are subject to customs clearance. Although standard VAT is included at checkout, in rare cases, local customs may levy additional import duties, inspection fees, or handling charges.
Any such additional charges are determined by local customs and are borne by the customer.
We have no control over customs policies and are therefore not responsible for losses caused by customs clearance delays. For more information, please contact your local customs authority.
